Nikki McMullin spent 15 years in the public sector working in the insurance industry. As a supervisor and manager, she grew teams and developed those under her leadership and care. After years of serving and leading in Community Groups at Central Church, she left her corporate career and answered the call into full-time ministry. She was ordained as a pastor not long after. Nikki has completed a master’s degree in Ministerial Leadership from Southeastern University. She has a passion to walk with and disciple people on their faith journeys, helping them find their identities in Christ and alongside a community of believers to do life with. Nikki has been married to her husband Will for 21 years. They have three amazing kids: twin girls, Ruby and Emma, and their son Jaxson.
